Shipping Policy

All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our Western Australian facility. We use compostable satchels made from corn and our couriers are carbon neutral, sometimes Australia Post is used. FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE.

We pride ourselves on getting your items out to you as fast as possible, with the greatest of care to ensure you get exactly what you wanted and it all arrives safe and sound. If you place your order and you realise you made a mistake or would like to add something or edit something contact us right away, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we still have the order being processed i.e we haven’t shipped it yet.

Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions:

Deliveries will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently either Sendle Couriers or Australia Post and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may select this on the checkout page. We are not liable for packages are left at your property with an (ATL).
