Product Information
Where do your products come from?
All liquid herbal formulas and powders are hand blended in Western Australia.
All ingredients are human grade and organic where possible.
The beef powder and bone broth powder used in our Mobility Joint Support and Probiotic Gut Support products are human grade and sourced from Australian and New Zealand cattle.
Are your products suitable for dogs and cats?
Yes. All of our products are formulated specifically for dogs and cats.
They are not intended for any other animals.
Are the medicinal herbs safe for my pet?
Yes. The herbs are carefully selected for safety and effectiveness in animals.
They do not interact with pharmaceutical medications unless clearly stated on the packaging or website.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage based on your pet’s weight.
For best practice, discontinue use two weeks before surgery.

Can I give more than one formula at the same time?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be safely combined where needed.
Can my pet stay on the herbal formulas long term?
Yes. Most formulas are suitable for long-term use.
The Pain Support formula is recommended for use as needed rather than continuous long-term use.
How long does it take to see results?
Results vary depending on:

Immune status
Some pets show improvement within 1–2 weeks.
In other cases, especially chronic or skin conditions, it may take up to 12 weeks.
If you have not seen improvement after 6–12 weeks at the recommended dosage, please contact us. Adjustments or dosage changes may be needed.
Individual results may vary.
My pet doesn’t like the taste. What can I do?
You can:

Start with half the dose and gradually increase

Mix it into peanut butter, ricotta, sardines, or other treats
Consistency is important.
My dog has a yeast infection. Will nutritional yeast make it worse?
No. The yeast used in our products is a deactivated nutritional yeast from a different strain. It does not cause or worsen Candida yeast infections.
Do your formulas contain wheat, gluten, dairy, sugar, nuts, fillers, additives or preservatives?
No. Our products do not contain any of these.
Shipping Information
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
What are your processing and delivery times?
Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)
Shipping time: 2–8 business days (Monday–Saturday)
Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8) Western Australia
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
What are the shipping costs?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer worldwide shipping.
Returns & Refunds
At Natural Pet Supplements, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
What is your return window?
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving the item in accordance with standard Australian eCommerce practices.
What conditions apply for returns?
To qualify:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
If the product shows signs of use or reduced value, a depreciation deduction may apply.
How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
A return cost deduction may range from $10 AUD to $15 AUD depending on size and carrier.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Customer Rights
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
