Order Confirmation:
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.

At Natural Pet Supplements Australia, our goal is to offer reliable and efficient shipping services across the Australia. We are committed to delivering a smooth and timely shipping experience for every customer.
Once your order is placed, you will be notified with updates regarding your order status and shipping progress. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery.
Processing Times & Delivery Times:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping Carrier: Australia Post
- Daily cut-off time: 06:00 PM (GMT+8) Western Australia
Orders placed before 6:00 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs:
Express shipping is $9.95 AUD.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
