This website is operated by Natural Pet Supplements, ABN 36 407 752 075.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and website use

You must provide accurate information when ordering and keep any account login details secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, collect information without permission or use it for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our business.

Products and pet-health information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging, colour or appearance may vary slightly, and product availability may change.

Website information is general and is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Follow the product directions and seek veterinary advice if your pet is unwell, pregnant, nursing, undergoing treatment or taking medication. Stop use and seek advice if you are concerned about your pet’s response.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges and any available discounts are shown at checkout before payment.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your complete card details. Promotions apply for their stated period and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may contact you before dispatch if an item is unavailable or if there is a payment, address, fraud-screening or obvious pricing error.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected item or order and refund the amount paid. You may request a change or cancellation before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Shipping and delivery

Processing times, postage charges, tracking and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or customs delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have if an order is not delivered.

Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return conditions and return instructions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Our change-of-mind conditions do not restrict those rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, branding, graphics and other website content belong to Natural Pet Supplements or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but must not reproduce or use its content commercially without written permission.
