Where do your products come from?
Will my order get to me without any issues?
We use Australia Post, every order is sent EXPRESS POST with no extra cost to you (Within Australia). Packages sent in Mainland Australia could take from 2-7 working days. We Ship worldwide using Australia Post and have never had any issues sending Worldwide - we have sent to over 25 countries.
IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Are your products suitable for dogs & cats?
Yes all of our products are effective and safe for dogs and cats. Not for consumption by any other animals except dogs & cats
Are the medicinal herbs safe for my dog or cat?
Yes! the herbs chosen are specifically chosen because of safety and effectiveness in animals. The herbs selected do not interact with any pharmaceutical drugs unless stated on the packaging or on the website. Do not exceed recommended dosage for weight. For best practice all procucts should be discontinued 2 weeks prior to surgery. If you have any queries about safety, drug/herb interactions, please contact us and we will back to you ASAP.
My dog/cat doesn't seem to like the taste of the medicine, What should I do?
Half the dose and gradually increase to recommended dose over a period of a few weeks, or try mixed into a treat like peanut butter, ricotta cheese etc, sardines etc. Persistence is the key.
My dog/cat has a yeast infection, is the nutritional yeast in the Gut Restore going to make it worse?
No, The yeast infection your dog has is caused by Candida, nutritional yeast contains a deactivate yeast from a different strain which is nutrient packed and tasty. Consuming nutritional yeast will not cause or aggravate a yeast infection.
How long before I see the results from the herbals?
That depends, There are many factors that influence how quickly you will see results. Such as severity of condition, immune status, diet, stress levels, age, breed etc. The high strength, low dose herbal tinctures sometimes have a loading dose to see results more quickly, where it says to double the dosage for the first 4 weeks. By the end of the 4 weeks you should see results (Although many of our patients see results after only a week or two). With conditions affecting the skin or chronic conditions such as cushings disease, it could take up to 3 months to see visible results. As herbal medicine is aimed at fixing the root cause of the illness instead of just negating symptoms, it is not instant. Patience is key, but if you aren't seeing results after 12 weeks, please contact us and we can reformulate the medicine to suit your pets individual needs, or you may have to increase the dosage. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.
My dog/cat has a few different medical conditions, can I give 2 different formulas at once?
Yes, they are designed to be mixed and there are no interactions doing so.
Can my dog/cat be on the herbal formulas for a long period?
Yes, the herbs are carefully selected for safety, effectiveness and long term use. The pain support is just one that we recommend using only when needed.
I'm not getting the results that I thought I would get, what can I do?
If you haven't seen any positive results after 6 weeks at the recommended dosage, please contact us. You pet may need a higher or a loading dose. Please contact us to determine the best course of action to get your desired results.
